Amid this unprecedented situation with COVID-19, our clients and Associates remain at the core of what we do at TMG. We recognise that you put trust in us when we service your workplace. We want to share some of the actions that we have taken to keep the entire TMG community safe while minimising the impact on our operations and yours amid this public emergency.

We are working through an unparalleled time in our world; people are working remotely; businesses are struggling, and no one knows just how long it will last. Uncertainty like this can be tremendously stressful, but we stand with you during this challenging time and continue to execute services to the highest standard possible. TMG will continue to deliver both on and off-site solutions that can support your business services in the face of this global pandemic. 

Over time, we have refined our operations and administrative support models to endure challenges like this, which have tested positive over the past several weeks. Our infrastructure and operations management are committed to executing our essential services while ensuring the well-being of our service teams remains the highest priority. Our service offerings continue to expand as our unique off-site solutions present an alternative strategy for clients in need.  

We will be executing Digital Mail services of which you will hear more about as you consider a continued, modified service offering.

We also have activated our business continuity and pandemic preparedness plans. Our plans include the latest standards from industry best practices and TMG’s own experience to define requirements.

Caring for our Associates

Our top priority is to protect the health and safety of our people, including in their workplaces. Our Leaders are: making rapid, highly-informed decisions, taking immediate actions to protect and support their people, and ensuring that critical business operations continue to help societal continuity. 

Since the onset of the COVID-19 outbreak, we have led the way with critical decision making and communication. Incredibly early on, we established a task force made up of many leaders throughout the firm. This task force guided many decisions that led to improved safety, work-sharing where possible, and minimising as many changes as possible. This COVID-19 Response Team meets regularly to monitor developments and closely follows the guidance and advisories from governments and public health organisations. We have taken a range of actions, including but not limited to:

·         Educating all employees about the virus

·         Encouraging employees to work from home if they can

·         Sharing resources and guidance on how to contain the illness

·         Increasing and expanding cleaning of facilities

·         Restricting business travel and events

·         Requiring employees exhibiting any symptoms to stay at home

Supporting our Community

During times of uncertainty and crisis, people come together to support one another. COVID-19 is a new test of our collective strength. As public officials take necessary and unprecedented steps to protect public health, we recognise the broad economic and societal price being paid by members of our community.
